Thanks to everyone who came out to enjoy a great day of orienteering at Avery Park. The clouds threatened, but the rain held off, so people were able to focus on tromping across muddy fields and finding controls tucked into the woods. As always, a huge amount of thanks is owed to some extraordinary meet volunteers: Jeff, Paula, Dave, Paul, Steve, Larry, and Mike.
The orange course was most popular this weekend, with Jeff Watson having the fastest time. There was also a good turnout on yellow. If you're like me, and you can't wait for more orienteering, don't forget to join us next month in Willamette Park!
